Processing & Shipping

All orders are carefully made by hand and can take between 7 to 14 days for processing, depending on the specific items you have selected. Once your order has been processed, we kindly ask that you allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for delivery via USPS to ensure your products arrive safely at your doorstep.

We take great pride in creating meticulously hand-crafted products that are designed with precision and an abundance of love. It is also important to note that our candles require a minimum of 7 days to cure properly, allowing them to reach their maximum potential for your enjoyment.

A standard shipping fee of $10.99 is applied to all orders that total under $150. However, you can take advantage of our special offer by using code “freeship” to apply free shipping for any orders of $150 or more.

Custom Orders

We’re excited to announce that fourleafsoul offers custom candles! Custom candles are crafted specifically to your liking, allowing you to create a truly unique scent experience tailored just for you. Labels can be generated featuring a personalized note and/or name, enhancing the thoughtful touch of your order.

To ensure that your custom candles are ready in time for your special occasion, we kindly ask that you submit custom orders at least 1 month in advance. You can easily submit your custom orders using the form below.

Refunds & Returns

Refunds are only applicable to merchandise that is either defective or damaged upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must report it via email within 48 hours of receipt. Please provide photo proof and a detailed description in your email to fls.bath.aroma@gmail.com. Include your order number in the subject line and allow 24 hours for a response.

You have the option to choose a full refund or a replacement delivery. Replacement deliveries will be processed and shipped based on inventory availability. For a full refund, please allow 3 to 5 business days for the funds to be returned to your account, as processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Although we securely package all merchandise, sometimes the journey can be rough. Carefully inspect your package upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item(s) are: 1) not what you ordered, 2) damaged, or 3) defective.
