Processing & Shipping
Once your order has been received, please allow 5 - 7 business days for shipping. Online orders are sent via USPS and a tracking number will be provided via email.
If an item is low in quantity or out of stock, please allow an additional 7 - 10 business days for processing as all products are hand made using premium ingredients. You will receive a notification if an item is low in quantity or out of stock.
A standard shipping fee of $10.99 is applied to all orders under $150.00. Shipping is automatically waived for all orders of $150.00 and above.
Refunds & Returns
Refunds are only applicable to merchandise that is either defective or damaged upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must report it via email within 48 hours of receipt. Please provide photo proof and a detailed description in your email to fls.bath.aroma@gmail.com. Include your order number in the subject line and allow 24 hours for a response.
You have the option to choose a full refund or a replacement delivery. For a full refund, please allow 5 to 7 business days for the funds to be returned to your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
Although we securely package all merchandise, sometimes the journey can be rough. Carefully inspect your package upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item(s) are: 1) not what you ordered, 2) damaged, or 3) defective.
Custom Orders
Custom candles are perfect gifts and party favors for any occasion. We are delighted to offer custom orders by completing the form below. Please include the occasion type and date in the subject. Your message should detail the quantity and desired scent (floral, woody, etc.).
We highly encourage you to submit custom orders at least 30 days in advance to ensure your order is completed in time for your special occasion. A rush fee will be applied to orders within 14 days of the event.
